BlackShark V2 Pro THX Issue !

Hi, Guys hope everyone is well and is staying safe.

I have an issue regarding the headsets and activating THX Audio.

In Synapse there is an orange warning icon saying that I need to set the THX Audio device as default however I do not have that in my device properties.

I've installed the dedicated THX app however it creates another "Speakers" device and outputs from that and not the one attached to the Blackshark V2's. Even if I set the THX device as Default it still doesn't output from my headset.

It states that the THX audio has been built into Synapse 3 for the Blacksharks however the audio levels and EQ settings all sound the same and do not change at all no matter what you change.

Can I please have some assistance even if I am being stupid and missing a really obvious thing XD

Have you tried to reinstall your Razer Synapse, THX app, and the drivers of your headset? Let's isolate the behavior by following the steps from this thread. Let me know if the problem persists so I can look into other possible solutions.
