I notice that recently the audio in one of the ears has been unbalancing. I think either the right ear is quieter or th left ear is louder. Either way, the left ear's audio is more audible than the right ear. I have some ear issues in real life where one ear might get blocked, but i take my headset off and theres nothing wrong with them, its just the headset. it sometimes just changes its volume in one ear and becomes unbalanced so i have to go into audio settings to increase or decrease the volume in one side of the headset.

Do you get the same result when using it with a USB Sound Card and via a 3.5mm audio and mic jack? Isolate the behavior first by following the steps from this link. If that doesn't help, do send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to verify its model and assist you accordingly. Let's go from there.
