I have been experiencing an issue with my new BlackShark V2 Pro. After not playing sound for a short while (maybe 30 seconds), the headset will start to not play the beginning of short sounds. This is apparent in the windows explorer. The clicky sound that play when navigating between folders in windows explorer is turned into a brief tick. This only happens in wireless mode and only while no other audio is being played. There have been times when I can't get the error to occur. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar issue and if they were able to fix it.

Does this happen with or without the surround sound app running in the background? For now, try to play around with the default format via Sound Control Panel>Headset>Properties>Advanced>Default Format. So far, I find that setting it to DVD Quality gets rid of similar issues.
