Hello, I purchased this headset after a difficult choice, but still decided to buy it again from Razer, since it was a very pleasant first experience after the Kraken Pro, and I would like to know if there should be a code when buying, after the headset was discovered by synapse 3 it was immediately installed, to me no need to buy separately THX Spatial Audio - Surround Sound Application?

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro does not use 7.1 Surround Sound but it is compatible with our newest software which is the THX Spatial Audio. There is no free code upon purchasing the device. You can adjust the headset's audio settings by using the Razer Synapse 3.0. If you want more information about the headset, please click this link.
