Blackshark V2 purchased - SOLVED THX activation code

I just got my Blackshark V2 delivered. However I was sadlyt confronted with a Activation Screen pop up:



I Hope with all my heart that this is somehow provided? And that I don't have to spend an extra 20$ to activate the THX feature? Please let me know if you know.

I have the same problem if someone can Help, I assumed it was provided but even after activating my product I didn't receive any activation code. I hope it's not a rip-off.....

Fear not, I think I figured it out. So listen up, in case you bought the Blackshark V2 it supports THX instead of 7.1 surround sound. As you probably already know THX is surround sound aswell, but as far as I am concerned a better/newer version.

I tried downloading the THX Spatial Audio software. The reason why I did this is because my Blackshark V2 wasn't showing up in Razer Synapse 3. You can fully customize your THX Sound Card if it shows up in Razer Synapse 3. (I believe the THX Spatial Audio software is just for other devices who support THX sound. Not specifically Razer)

In case your Sound Card doesn't show up in Synapse 3, Follow this Guide made by Razer:

Once it is showing up in your Synapse 3 you should be able to turn on/off THX and customize it the way you want.

@Snoop___ Nicely done! The Blackshark V2 doesn't actually come with a 7.1 surround sound key, nor will you ever need one. The headset is supported on Synapse 3.0, though you will need to plug the headset in with the USB audio controller.
