Blackshark V2 won't pair.. tried everything..
Any tips or suggestions to help? Just bought it today.. Synapse says "Please connect a device". Also did the firmware update and try to pair it from there.. But keeps failing at 45%

Is this happening on Windows or Mac? Either way, I'll need you to send me the serial number and a screenshot of the error message. I'll take it from there.
