I'm having serious trouble with my blackshark V2 X I bought about 3 Months ago. Besides the loose connection in the headphones which result in the sound sounding off, my main problem is, that my friends can hear a loud static noise in the voicechat when we're talking. I've recorded myself and the sound is really loud and awful. How can I fix this issue?

Were there any changes made to your device/system aside from reinstalling your Razer Synapse? What communication platform or apps are you using? Let's isolate the problem by following the steps from this link and see if it helps.
