hey, so I've just bought this brand new headset of yours and i cant get the microphone working, ive tried meny days now with no solution the only result ive gotten is that "this device type is not supported" by realtek hd audio, ive updated all my drivers, reinstalled them, gone through the settings, turned on and of the microphone to see if it eventually works.

the sound works completely fine and i get surround sound working, but the headset is close to useless to me by the fact that i cant play with anyone without them having conversations with themselves.

any help with this would be greatly appreciated 😃 ❤️

Is the issue happening while Synapse is running in the background? Please send me the serial number of your headset via PM. I can use it to verify its model and take a closer look. Let's continue our conversation from there.
