Blackwiddow Chroma v2 keys row not working!

Hello, i have a Blackwiddow chroma v2 (with expired warranty) that have a full row from M3 to Enter and the left arrow that are not working, also cant perform a reset since Caps lock are also on that row, i have tried to uninstall-reinstall synapse (3) also tried uninstalling the driver from the windows device panel, also tested on different PCs and different OSs (10 & 7), is there any way to fix this issue? thanks.

I think you're going to be out of luck and need a new one, but just in case you could try the firmware update if you haven't already. (I believe this only fixed some RGB problems but it's worth a try, I have the same keyboard)

Thank you, but i have already done that (even done it in bootload mode) but no luck, also right after the KB updated (via synapse 3) my browser was open and a sequence of the faulty keys kept spamming and auto search (as Enter was also spaming) ; "jkl$²jklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmùjklmù*************"
These are some of the keys on the dead row so i thought it was firmware/driver related, again thank you for your time.

That's a bummer, I spilled water on my numberpad a couple years ago and the "0" and "." have been dead since then, I've been waiting for a nice upgraded keyboard and the Huntsman V2 that just came out looks like the perfect upgrade for me. So I guess if you want another Razer keyboard check that out. My wrist rest is wore out also, but for 4 years use I'm ok with that.
