Good day,
I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this, randomly my keyboard will type out the 'F3', 'f', 'r' or '4' keys. I can not have my hands on the keyboard when it occurs. I have tried many things to resolve it, including unplugging the keyboard, deleting it from device manager, reboot, plug back in.
Mean while if I unplug the keyboard the issue does not occur.
I see the firmware v1.01.00 states an issue: Fixed random key spamming. However it appears I already have this update and the updater for the firmware wont allow me to over right the version and install it again. I was wondering is there a way to roll back my firmware? I saw a video from a couple years ago someone fixed a similar issue by over righting his firmware.
It seems like around the time I applied this firmware this started occurring. It is beyond annoying.
Has anyone found another fix for this?
Thanks for the help

Just to add to this, I can shutdown Synapse 3 and the issue persists it appears to be directly related to the keyboard itself. I need to unwind my cables to unplug it and try it on another PC (it's a big of a pain cord is ran through cable trays and sleeves).
Is it possible to roll the firmware back to the original version? Or hard reset the keyboard to factory firmware? Thanks
