Blackwidow choma lights not working need help please

Hey,
My Keyboard lights stoped working recently after my pc crashed in a game.
I've tried to hold esc and caps lock unpluging the cable and pluging it back in it worked my lights turned on but then when i pressed a key everything would turn off exept the key i pressed and it would not type anything.
I also watched many youtube videos but nothing worked.
I've uninstalled synapse like 10 times with IObit and installed it again it didn't help keyboard doesent show up and light stay off.
Also i saw you should try esc and M5 but i don't know what the M5 key is so thats a bit of a problem too.
I would appreciate some help.
