    Hello guys,
I recently bought a razer blackwidow chroma v2.
The numpad flash white for 1sec and then back to normal.
The problem starts when i choose the static led with any colour.

I reinstalled the synapse 3 and tried the synapse 2. Still the same problem.
Am not sure if the problem is on any other effect because i mainly use static and spectrum cycling..

Any fix or advise would be nice.

Just an update. The flashing white numpad happens to any effect not only in static. Problem is still here and tried all the support ideas..

I've got that problem too, the numpad randomly flashes white. Its hard to capture it on a video since its totally random. Guess im gonna return it and buy a Blackwidow Stealth 2016 instead :< (That one doesnt have the stupid echo when bottoming out keys, so that would be a plus too)

Btw the internet is full of people reporting the same problem, so razer should already be aware of that problem, yet no information if its software related or hardware related

I hope this is a software problem and not a hardware fail.. Many ppl still have the problem even if they got a new one from RMA.
