Hi, I've been having issues with my Blackwidow V2 Chroma. As the title suggests, sometimes when I press a key weird things happen. Sometimes the key press isn't registered at all, sometimes it registers after I press another key and some times it double presses. I was wondering if there is a fix to it or if others are experiencing the same issue?
Additional information:
The problem started after Apex Legends had an update to have lighting effects in the game. After closing Apex, sometimes I would have problems like lighting issues seen on another forum post, that then progressed into my "O" key not registering some key presses. Soon that spread to my "P", "L", "K" keys as well. From there on it also spread to at least 50% of the other keys. The lighting issue has since went away, but they key presses are still very annoying.
I've also already returned a Chroma V1 for the same issue, but the lighting effect issue never went away and the only key affected at the time were the "O" and "P" keys.
Again if there are any fixes, please let me know.

Hi there. Do the issues persist even when Synapse is closed? Also, please try plugging it into another PC or port and see if it helps. Let me know how it goes.
