Blackwidow Chroma V2 RGB light issues after firmware update

Hi,

I recently updated my Blackwidow Chroma V2 firmware to version v1.01.00, and it fixed the long standing problem with the numpad red lights turning off for certain keys. But it introduced an even more annoying issue: keyboard RGB lights keep getting stuck in a state on games that use Razer Chroma. The worst offenders, by far, are Doom 2016 and Diablo 3, but it may happen with any game that uses the SDK (like Dead Cells, Shadow Warrior 2, etc).

I've tried uninstalling Synapse (deleting hidden files/profiles), uninstalling (and deleting drivers) the devices related to it on device manager and reinstalling back everything to no avail. Once the RGB lights get stuck on a configuration, the only way to fix it is restarting the PC, which is really annoying. Trying to change the lights on Synapse does absolutely nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this? Can I downgrade the firmware if it's indeed a known firmware problem? I'd rather have the numpad lights problem than this. Or is this Synapse related and one of the recent updates to it broke something?

I also have a Deathadder V2 mouse that I also updated to the lastest firmware and it doesn't exibit the same problem. Works as intended on games with Razer Chroma and gets back to my lightning profile set on Synapse as soon as the game is closed.

The current link on Razer's support to the firmware downloader is broken (https://rzr.to/axKmOj). It leads to a 404 page.
