Blackwidow Elite Chroma not working in Overwatch

Hi All,

I know this is probably a topic that has been discussed on numerous occasions and in many threads. I have made a new thread as I still don't have the answer I'm looking for. I was wondering this beautiful community can help me out.

Basically, the chroma effects are not working when I play Overwatch. When I say not working the keyboard lights up as normal, as soon as you go into character selector or you are playing a hero it glitches out. It looks like the keyboard is trying to do the lighting effects and also spectrum lighting at the same time. and numerous colors just flash at the same time

Any help on this would be amazing as I'm pretty much stuck. I know synapse 3 can be buggy but all previous posts I have found on this have been from 2018.
