Blackwidow Elite mute button not turning red when pressed

    Hey everyone,
    As the title states, my mute button is no longer turning red when pressed. It's still muting, so it's not losing that functionality. And it's still lighting up based off of whatever effect I have set (in this case, wheel). But it used to light up all red when muted and now that's not happening. It's much more useful for me than I thought it would be and losing that functionality is driving me crazy today. Any ideas?

    I have:
    Restarted machine.
    Reinstalled Synapse.
    Changed effect.

    I have a Razer Huntsman Elite, and as of the most recent Synapse update that I installed two days ago, I have exactly the same issue. I can still change all the effects, colours, create custom lighting combinations etc. All other functionality seems unaffected, but the multimedia volume control/mute button now just follows the rest of the keyboard(which for me is static purple) and no longer turns red when muted.

    It's not the end of the world obviously, but it is very annoying as I have cause to frequently toggle the mute for my sound on and off throughout the day and this visual indicator was immensely useful especially for when something is running full screen and I cannot see the system tray indicator at that moment in time.

    I have also tried restarting, reinstalling synapse and wasted far too much time messing with lighting effects to both test and attempt to fix this.

    I'm having the exact same problem. Seemed to start after the latest update. Hopefully it's just a bug that they fix quickly.

    I have the same issue on my blackwidow elit keyboard...
    If i unnistall the keyboard and intstall again, it start's to work, but, if i reboot my machine, back to the problem again...

    Hey everyone! Thanks for creating this thread. Allow me to help. Please repair your Razer Synapse 3.0 by performing the steps on this link and see if it helps. Should the issue persists, please send me the following:

    a. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)
    b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
    c. Synapse 3.0 logs.

    Save the files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue from there.

    I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 and I'm having the same problem as well. It started happening ever since the last update. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

    The latest updated that I received yesterday appears to have resolved the Mute button issue. Install the latest update and see if that works for you too.
