Blackwidow Elite not using onboard profiles. Synapse 3 also not toggling through profiles

Synapse 3 seems to be a complete joke. Who wrote this software? It clearly wasn't tested.

Brand new BlackWidow Elite keyboard connected to a fully updated Win10 PC. I created 4 custom static color profiles and dragged them into the onboard memory slots within Synapse 3.

While connected to the PC and I use the FN-Menu keyboard shortcut to toggle through the onboard memory profiles, the keyboard does not change to the new profile, but the Windows slide modal indicates the profile change AND the pull down menu within Synapse changes......the keyboard does not reflect the profile change.

If I manually change the profile pull down within Synapse to a different custom profile, the keyboard responds and changes.

If I disconnect the keyboard from the PC with Synapse installed and plug it in to a machine that does not have Synapse installed, keyboard defaults to the color wheel profile and no profiles allegedly stored in onboard memory are recognized.

Can't use this keyboard as designed on a PC with Synapse nor on another machine without Synapse installed.

Page 6 of the included manual: "Your Razer BlackWidow Elite can store up to 5 profiles from Razer Synapse 3, which you can use even on systems that do not have Razer Synapse 3 installed."

These custom profiles literally only have a static color assigned. That is the only setting.

TO SUPPORT:...if you guys even read the forums:
*This is basic functionality that has been around on mac and pc for years in your own software.
*Numerous posts on very similar topics are unanswered in this forum.
*Test your apps before you release.
