Blackwidow Elite random keys spamming while other don't work at all

I have a Blackwidow Elite that I've purchased from Best Buy over a year ago(January 2019) and all of a sudden keys just started spamming while I was typing. I unplugged and then cleaned the keyboard with compressed air and plugged it back in and it kept spamming random keys. I went online and went on a keyboard input test site and it showed that there were multiple keys being pressed all at once. It was here I noticed my F9 and F10 keys did not work at all. I grabbed another keyboard and plugged it in and it worked fine. Next I uninstalled Synapse and uninstalled the drivers in Device Manager and deleted the files in X86 program files and program data. I stopped my firewall and anti-virus and installed Synapse as admin. Keyboard is still doing the exact same thing. I did all the previous steps removing Synapse, but this time I didn't install Synapse. The keyboard is still doing the exact same thing and now I'm not sure what to do next.
