    Hello,

I bought a Blackwidow Elite and installed it. I really love the keyboard but I have an issue.
Everything works fine except the Multimedia Volume Up and Down. Nothing happens when I use it. Mute, Next Track, Previous track etc. work without any issue, the volume slider not.
However, it's not a hardware issue because if I quit Synapse the problem disappears.
I checked for any remappings, I set it again to default just to be sure. (also if I remap it to something else, it doesn't work again).
I disable my antivirus, I reinstalled Synapse 3 multiple times but the problem is not solved.
What I found out though is that if I "repair" the Synapse 3 installation the volume works fine until I restart my PC.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.

This issue has come up for many people, myself included. The only solution I'm aware of is deleting the synapse download and installing it again. After you do this, it should work until you restart your PC. for whatever reason the synapse updates and breaks once you restart.
