Blackwidow Keyboard Stopped Accepting Inputs (Macros, Synaps)

I was trying to make my wasd keys play out the arrow keys for a game, and figured I had too many macros already, so I attempted to make another profile for the first time by pressing "Add". It entered an eternal load screen, so I decided to finish up the macros while it did that. When I checked back, the profile name was blank with no existing profiles, and when I tried using any keys, the 2nd input onwards would stop working. Unpluging and repluging it doesn't fix it either, and shutting Razer down through task manager also didn't work. The model name is RZ03-0286. I tried looking for a way to update the driver, but it says that it is at it's latest version as of 2019. The only thing working on it is the glow effect. How do I fix this?
