Hey guys, i've got a small problem with my blackwidow chroma v2, maybe some of you know a fix for it. When i booted up my pc today my keyboard would only register the first three keystrokes. RGB was working fine. I rebooted my pc and now the damn thing wont work anymore. Windows can't detect a keyboard, only an unidentified device. I already tried different usb ports and reinstalled the software.
Also it would be nice to know if this is a known unsolvable problem, that way i can buy myslef a new one without wasting time.

Have there been any OS or Synapse updates that you recently installed? In any case, please send me the serial number, a screenshot of how the keyboard appears on the Device Manager, and of your MSINFO32.
