    Hey,

So, there are some questions I have about the quartz edition.
    1. Why can I only get the keyboard with green switched but not yellow switches?
    2. What should I do if I still want the yellow switches?
    3. Is the wrist thingy removeable?

    Thanks a lot

    1. Dunno, maybe too nieche, to sell Quartz with Yellow switches.
    2. Get black version with yellow keys, and wrap it. You can buy Razer PBT Quartz Keycaps, and replace it.
    3. Yes, you can remove it, it's not attached.

Normally i will doing Self Basic troubleshooting test !

    [ Step 1 ] Uninstall device driver & synapse , restart reinstall it !

[ Step 2 ] Change another USB port plug in

[ Step 3 ] Bring device testing on another PC / Laptop !

if all test done still happen , u have to visit razer website looking CS pro advise ! normal they will ask you to do same Step 1 & 2 !
