Hello everyone, a few days ago I purchased a BlackWidow V3 keyboard and I have a problem that I can't solve: With the Synapse3 software the keyboard lights do not turn on when I restart the computer. If I stop Synapse they come on. Curiously if I remove the USB and reconnect it again Synapse works.
I am using Windows 10 on a desktop PC.

I have tried everything I have seen on the support page:
- Reinstall.
- Delete the Razer account.
- Deleting the installation.
- Operating system checks.
- USB power manager.

I'm actually thinking of returning it despite being delighted with the feel.

I don't have another machine to test.

I uninstalled Synapse3 again and then ran the .exe you refer to. I then restarted and ran the Synapse3 installation as administrator.
Once installed it works as usual. I have tried to restart and I notice that when Synapse3 loads the keyboard turns off but after a few seconds it turns on again, I thought it was solved but I have completely turned off the computer and when I turn it on again once the RAZER logo appears loading Synapse3 the keyboard turns off and does not turn on again.

Try creating new (empty) profile in Synapse, then check.
I assume, that keyboard is connected directly into USB ports on the motherboard and not via usb hub?

In my situation I can only use the keyboard without starting Synapse3 and only with the key colors changing gradually.
I am not a demanding user, I would be satisfied with a static color.

I have tried to install Synapse2 but it is not compatible with BlackWidow v3.
I have tried pressing various keys when I plug in the keyboard to do another type of reset.
I have tried searching for firmware to update but I only see for the BlackWidow v3 PRO model and when trying to update it does not recognize my keyboard as it is logical because mine is not the PRO.

I attach a window that sometimes appears after installing the software; it is in Spanish:

I have found the problem,
After doing everything I could I identified the problem:
Synapse doesn't work on a cold boot while on a reboot it does.

The issue is in the fast boot of Windows 10. If it is activated, by default and recommended, in the cold boot it does not load all the drivers because they are already "cached" and with a reboot, however, the fast boot does not enter and it loads all the drivers.

And indeed I have removed the fast boot and I no longer have a problem with Synapse.

However I don't consider it a definitive solution, I consider it a problem that Razer has to solve.

I hope it can help more people, I doubt I'm the only one affected.
