BlackWidow V3 Tenkeyless lighting on a key doesn't work

Hi

My Razer keyboard is behaving buggy. First I had a lot problems with a ghosting keys, but I've resolved that by updating the firmware. Problem I have now is, the "home" key has no red color when turning on the RGB lighting. And it looks very distracting. I've found that the white color is most useable to me, but it is not being displayed correctly. From time to time, key is lightened well, but in most cases, and on random, it just stops glowing red. And thus creating strange and unwanted effects.

I've tried submitting my report to your support over the website, but it denied my serial key, even though my keyboard was bought brand new.

I don't know if I should return the product or get new software upgrade, because the light is working from time to time, albeit with issues.

Still no response here on the forum, but from what I've learned though an Email Razer messages is:

Unless you buy Razer product from a seller which is liked by the Razer, you will have no chance of returning the product, even if it is brand new as mine was.

Still very frustrated by this keyboard and I will try to remove light by myself and/or sell it as used.
I know it's not reasonable, but I feel frustrated and would like to leave Razer behind.
It will be sad parting ways with my mouse too. But I just feel bummed out by the lack of quality.
