That is the oddest thing I have seen here today. I'm guessing its not a profile issue? Also, Did you try to replug it in and reinstall the Synapse program? It would also help if you tried it on another PC and see if it had the issue there, And if it did then there is likely something wrong inside the keyboard. Also, Is it under warranty still?

  3. Yes i had replug it and i tested it in 3 PC-s with and without synapse and problem is same. I also control led-bulbs and the seems fine so they are not burned out. Unfortunately it is not under the warranty.

Is it odd? I do not know because i have another blackwidow that as almost the same problem but it is that way that backlight works perfectly but block of keys do not work(do not type). I think both keyboards have almost same issue and i think i am capable to fix it even if it is wron inside the keyboard, but i need little help about what is wrong or broken.

Definitely needs an RMA if the product is still under warranty.
I doubt someone here has good experience in opening up their keyboards.

Sounds faulty to be honest if you've reinstalled synapse and tried it in different PC then its a hardware problem with the keyboard

I've had my Blackwidow X Chroma TWO DAYS - I've just done a little typing on it each night - and the exact same block of lights went out for me, too! Fortunately, un/replugging the USB cord brought it back to life, but this isn't very reassuring. o_O

I´ve also seen the exact same problem happening on the Blackwidow X Chroma of my brother. But it dissapeared after he plugged it off and in tho.
