Blackwidow X chroma keyboard

  1. i purchased this keybaord last aug 12 2016 but last day when i will clean my KB i noticed theres a small amount of rust on my lower left of my KB i didnt notice it early coz i always play lights off.. so i went to the store where i purchased it and they said its their first time to saw this kind of thing and they dont know if razer will replace it or not but i ask them to pull out my item and wait for 2-3weeks.. im just hoping someone here happen same incident or can help me if razer will replace it or not.. honestly i didnt spill any liquid on it nor cleaning it with some solution the only liquid maybe is when my hand sweat... coz the rusting part is in the lower left of my KB where my left palm lying... but my room is airconditioned..

    Hey there,

    yea there were similar cases inhere(no liquids, etc.)
    Can't find them at the moment. You may wanna contact Razer Support.
    They should be able to tell you :)

    Or maybe some other Users here remember :)
     
  3. thanks bro... i already send my KB to the store where i purchased it and they said to me that they will bring it to their razer supplier and they will tell if can replace it after the RMA... and i also contacted the CSR of razer to ask whether this kind of matter are eligible for warranty replacement...

    hi, OP, maestroehm, how is it going so far? because i realized my one month old blackwidow x starting to rust, same position, bottom left, the edge where my palm barely touch #dontdeletemypost #razer #please
