hey, after i updated my razor synapse 2.0 the app does not recognize my Deathstalker LC keyboard - all i can see when i open the app is this does somebody have any ideas how to fix this?

Greetings!I bought the Razer Blackshark V2 X . When I try to register to my account on the registration website to get the 7.1 Surround Sound code, it's says that "this device has been already registered" . What can I do?
Its probably that the screen is wrong but i recently replaced the screen on a razer blade advanced 2021 i got, model RZ09-0409, and the original owner told me it was 1440p, so i bought a new screen for it. When i took off the broken screen, i found out that it was 1080p and the new screen doesnt display. They use the same 40 pin connector but im wondering is this expected for it to not work or are they interchangable.
I have a BlackShark V2 SE that has been great up until Synapse updated today. After the update, the audio is noticeably quieter even with the same EQ settings. Additionally, trying to change the volume of Windows apps using Windows’ own audio mixer or a third-party mixer like EarTrumpet doesn’t work. I can move the slider up and down but the volume doesn’t change, except when it gets to zero, then it gets muted. I have Discord set up to attenuate sound when I or someone else speaks, which also doesn’t work as it relies on setting app volumes to do that.The only way I’ve been able to fix this is by disabling Audio Enhancements in Windows settings for the headset. With it disabled, I can once again control app volume and Discord’s attenuation feature works. However, I don’t get the benefits of any of the Synapse EQ settings or other features.I have tried the following:uninstalling Synapse uninstalling the device from Device Manager installing all Windows Updates updating all audio
After using razer cortex my pc desktop wont work, and keeps on crashing. Every time i right click on my desktop it would crash and when i try to press my windows key it also crashes plsss help
Ive Tried to uninstall or search for an fix but it doesnt really helped since it still stucks in the load screen like a loop but it doesnt start
I’m trying to connect my Blackshark v2 Pro to my Xbox with the razer audio setup app but it wont detect the headphones. I have the usb stick plugged in and the blue light is on which should mean it’s connected but the app won’t work for them. Are the Blackshark v2 pros not supported by the app?
Like a couple of others I saw on the discussion board, I won a product off Google Play. Razer sent me an email with a link to "track my order". But when I click on the link, it's a broken link. I've been running around the whole website for days now trying to click on every link to send an email. But every link sends you to the same pages and stuff like "where's my order?" Doesn't work because it just looks through my account and says there's no order there. And since receiving Razer's email, I've been receiving scam text messages saying my order is on the way. And I've had to block every random number that texts me. And I see that Razer doesn't even look at these posts. I'm just posting for others to see the things we gotta go through supporting this company
Synapse keeps logging me out randomly for the past few months. At first, it was not a big deal. It happened only when I restarted my PC. But lately it keeps happening even when I am doing something...I am browsing the internet ? Logout.I am watching movie with friends ? Logout.I am playing online game, and I am in a middle of shoot-out ? Logout.You never expect when it happens. It is just tiresome at this point. Anything I try to do, do not work. Repairing did not fix the problem (https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4535). Clean installation of Synapse did not work. At this point, I wonder if uninstalling it is not the best option here. I will wait for a fix to this problem. Thank you in advance for your help and response.

Hi,I have a Razer Katana Chroma 850W and a AORUS GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti 12GB XTREME WATERFORCE WB GPU.The GPU has nvidia 12vhpwr adapter PCI-e 3x8pin, but on the Katana there has 2 PCI-E power connector with two chained 2x8pin cable.It is ok if i using this 2 cable 3 connection for the GPU?So, cable 1 use 8pin connection and cable 2 use 2x8pin?Or I should to buy from 12vhpwr to 2x8pin cable adapter?
