Blade 15 2019 base model keyboard lighting does not respond to synapse
I had to reinstall windows and after the complete reset, keyboard lighting is on but it does not respond to changes done on synapse app. Also, fan speed does not vary as per the manual control of cortex app. I have updated windows, drivers and related software to the latest. Please help.
