As much as you do not want to, factory restore again and and only use windows to fully update, and do do what you were doing before? what program is it?

I reseted it yesterday and haven't still got any errors. Those crashes happened so randomly I could not get any pattern. It happened while gaming (Division 2 and Titanfall 2), while idling and even while on sleep mode.

3 days without crashes; Thank you for asking.

I have installed couple of programs in day while checking that everything works and so far so good.

    Good to know.
Anyway, if it may help in future, kernel error you reported is related to BCC116 and BCC117 video issues.
THIS IS a good description of the issue.

Oh crap; my problem has once again returned. After almost 2 week I had at first live kernel event 141 and after that Bluescreen 116. I was only using Google chrome with minimal load.

Once again I have no idea what might be causing this. Last Windows Update was 14.8 and I have not installed any new programs since first installing Windows.

You meant windows update on August 14th? That’s what I hate windows update, it sometimes ruins pc use experience especially if related with gpu, unstable performance, crashing issues etc, that’s why I’m still on 1809 Version, and in for maybe a year don’t see bsod, only first time when I tried some software tweaks or running max OC with Razer Core. However did you try driver from main thread as well?

Oh sorry it was the latest minor cumulative update. I would think that if the problem was one of these updates someone else should also have these issue.

are you using geforce experience? any changes you made?

Nope. Still same only essential programs that I installed after reset and definitely NO Geforce Experience.

I asked new device from Razer yesterday but still haven't heard from them.

Try replacing the M.2 SSD. I had the same issue with my desktop. Windows 10 had an issue with a samsung M.2 I RMA'd the storage device and the newer version solved the weird intermittent BSOD. I also had good luck reinstalling, but only briefly before it would happen again. Worth a shot to change the drive. If that is the issue then please report back. I'm not purchasing the blade right now because of all the BSOD reports. Scary.

I have tried this with 2 SSD's but had the same issue with both.

Last Sunday I had more issues. I was wondering why I had burned fuse on my house. After 6 six burned fuses and a terrible mess for finding what caused this I found out it was Blades charger. It probably had short circuited and burnt fuse every time I plugged it in. Power brick was also so hot I could have fried bacon on it.

I once again contacted Razer and they first answered pretty quickly but now I have been waiting for a week for instructions how to get a new charger.

In 5 months that I have owned this laptop it has been almost a month out of action. Needless to say that I have bit sour taste in my mouth.

Thanks for sharing your experience. You and a bunch of others saved me from getting one of these highly rated Razer 15 2019s. Sorry you are having trouble with it, hope Razer gets you sorted. I think the issue is all of the manufacturers are trying to jam things into too small a form factor. In your case, a little more than that.

Still it is hard to say am I just unlucky or are Razer products more prone to issues because I have had tons of issues with them before. What pains me the most is that this laptop is really really really good outside these problems.

Unlike Apple laptops having BSOD is normal on laptops pc imo especially one with optimus technology like Blade. This all BSOD recently I see also on other laptops like from Dell, MSI etc. windows version, intel driver, NVIDIA Driver, manufactures bios setting plus other parts like ssd and ram may also be the culprit of that. I avoid that by less updating the hardware only on important one like security, new hardware features (like dxr). Other users I think want always all to be updated, with newest bios version, NVIDIA Driver, Windows. Me still on 1809, NVIDIA Driver I think from March, Blade bios still 1.05 (newest 1.08), new update doesn’t always mean the better, beside with new improvement it may come with some issues, so in this term I always hold update, as a result I don’t see BSOD in this one year, only at first time finding best undervolting setting, doing stress test, and searching max OC value on Razer Core setting.
Feel bad man, hopefully you’ll get instruction soon and a faster progress, email sometimes take time. Having Blade as I mentioned above needs some community info and a bit your own tweak to get best experience, performance and thermal. I’ve 2 Razer systems which are not hardware wise tweaked yet only Fans cleaning and ssd upgrade only, not the latest update nor drivers but it performs stable almost similar with day one. Hopefully your new unit erase that sour taste.

Hey, I noticed you said you were using XTU. Are you undervolted by any chance? All of these issues (the BSOD's, the games crashing, the intermittent nature of everything) could be caused by an undervolt that's too aggressive.

Also damn, that's terrifying about your power adapter. I'm glad it didn't burst into flames. o_O

No undervolting; I am very pleased on my temperatures.

Worst part is that I am still waiting for new charger. Yesterday I got message from Razer that "I will soon get message from Fedex" in order for them to pick up my old charger. It has been over 2 weeks.
