I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced 2020 model that is hardly a month old but has only been used for a week. The issue I'm seeing is the computer doesn't seem to be recognizing the power supply.
Unplugged, the battery level drains like a normal computer would.
Plugged in, The battery level never goes higher than where the battery stopped draining. Also the battery symbol in the taskbar no longer shows the charging icon, just the battery.
So the battery isn't being depleted but it isn't charging, and it's affecting my games as if it's running at a lower performance because it thinks it's on battery. (11 FPS, previously at 250 FPS)
I've tried a few things already with no luck:
1. Uninstalling the Microsoft ACPI - Compliant Control method battery, running the scan and restarting.
2. Backed up the computer and restored the computer to factory settings
3. Called Razer Tech Support
Honestly I'm stumped at this point. Has anyone else had this issue?
