I bought a Razer Blade 15 Base 2018 three weeks ago. My problem is that the fans are running constantly, even when the laptop is just idling. The CPU temperatures are typically around 38C and GPU around 34C, so there should be no reason for the laptop to cool itself. The fan speed is fairly low, but still very much audible. Razer Synapse is set to balanced mode with auto fans and the power mode in Windows 10 is set to the middle. I haven't made any changes to CPU voltage or anything like that.
When I wake the laptop from sleep, the fans are usually off for a while until I do something simple like opening a web browser. Once the fans have kick in, they don't turn off until I put the laptop back to sleep. I'm guessing this isn't normal behaviour? The problem got worse after Windows version 1903 got installed. Before that, the fans would occasionally turn off, but now they stay on forever.
Any suggestions?
