My laptop doesn't turn on (until just now). I unplugged the USB-C hub - which has a monitor and mouse connected to it - I use each night because my Razer mouse light doesn't shut off when I shut the laptop down (despite changing the settings - but that's not a concern right now). I've sent my laptop in twice to be repaired and the team never finds any issues wrong. I decided to try plugging the USB-C hub in and turning it on and it worked.
This time around the laptop screen and keyboard lighting (but somehow the keyboard itself?) isn't turning on. I have tried restarting it to no avail. I am currently doing Windows Updates (I check daily) and will try start it up once I shut it down once the update is complete.
I saw in another thread a Razer rep requested application and systems logs. I am unable to upload either of my logs, as the uploader says the files are too large.

Do you mind sending me your previous case numbers? I'd like to review those before anything else. That way, I can check our Repair Team's notes on how the laptop performed during the diagnostic tests. I'd also appreciate it if you can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link.
