Everything was going solid with my headset up until yesterday. I’m on the Synapse and Chroma Beta and my headset is stuck on updating. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled, tried different USB ports. Deleted drivers and started over fresh, the works. It still will not update, and my PC refuses to recognize the headset. What gives?
My viper mini signature edition has just stopped all of the sudden, I have plugged it into my motherboard and that is all that I can do right now, how do I fix this?

Purchased a Razer Blade 15 in summer of 2021, never had a single issue until a few days ago. I was not touching the laptop at the time, but the screen suddenly shut off with a bar of color at the top. The game I was playing kept running, so I plugged in an extra monitor we have and it displays off that just fine. It will randomly go back to working just fine, then stop working again with seemingly no provocation. Does the screen just need replacing?
Hi, I just got my Firefly V2 Pro, but it appears as “Device in development” in Synapse Beta. Can I expect an update shortly, or is it already supported by the regular Synapse and I should simply rollback ? Thanks a lot

I was just using the thing all day yesterday and it worked fine, I tried to use them today and the volume sounds like its at 1 or 2% when the volume slider says 100%. There’s no debris in any of the ports or in the usb connector itself. I’ve tried to restart my computer, switch ports, mess around with audio settings and still nothing is working.

I know this happen here but it ALWAYS disconnects when i lift up just a little, is this normal? How can I change this?
A package was unable to be delivered because it was missing an apartment number. Is there a way to fix this? I cannot change the address through Fedex, they said to contact the shipper. Or is there a way to get a refund so I buy the product again and send it out with the right address?
My polling rate does not change. I want to change my polling rate from 8khz to 1khz, it shows me that I am playing at 1khz polling rate, but the mouse is still at 8khz. [Razer viper 8khz]
Hello, I always used my Barracuda X Headset with the type-c dongle and never had problems so far. Out of the blue problems began. Suddenly the headset does not always autiomatically connect after startup, I often have to remove and plugin again the doingle. When there is no audio output I hear a cracking noise and after a few seconds the headset simply shuts off. But not with the voice confirmation, it suddenly turnes off. I tested it in bluetooth-mode and did not experience such problems there, but it was only a short test. I tried reinstalling the device, updating the firmware, checking audio-drivers but did not manage to get rid of this problem. As far as Ive seen there were no automatic updates or anything like this before the problems occured the first time. I upgraded to Windows 11 but this was a few days before. Is the dongle propably defect? I did not have the chance to test it on another device yet. Thanks for any help.
Hello.I recently got a pair of Razer Barracuda X (2022) headset and had trouble with the dongle connection. It kept disconnecting and not wanting to connect back unless i unplugged and plugged the dongle a few times and turned the headset off and on a few times. Thought it was a problem with just my pair as the reviews for the headset were good so i returned them and got another pair. This one has almost the same issues. Not as bad tho. For example when i play PUBG, the sound randomly gets completly cut off and i can’t hear anything and it doesn’t come back unless i unplug and plug the dongle back and restart the headset. This takes about 20-30 sec which are crucial for not dying in the game. I tried almost every fix i could find online. I even disabled all other sound output devices. I had the 2021 version before and they worked perfectly, but i decided to get the 2022 version cause they had bluetooth. Never expected the dongle connection would have so many issues. Or maybe i need to
