So after waiting an entire month for a simple replacement machine because my first one would had a screen issue where it would sporadically go black but the machine was still working, I finally received a new machine. Razer even included information that they ran tests on the machine and it was inspected to work. I thought this was great until I tried to charge the new machine. It won't charge. This is horrible from Razer. They say they tested the machine but I still have a machine (or charger) that doesn't work. What is this from Razer? $2500 machine and they can't get these things right?
