Blade battery/plug problem

Hello.
I have a 2019 Razer balde 15 rtx2070 max-q.

A few days ago it would start to flicker during game play.
Only when playing heavy games it would start to switch between the battery and plug. The screen would dim and the fps would drop in half sometimes lower.Like a constant flicker up and down ,plug and then battery.

I did a hard reset and reinstalled windows from scratch on the hard drive. Reinstalled all the drivers and updates.

Then it appeared to be be fixed, I played halo infinite for hours until 2am last night. The game runs at around 90-115 fps, some drops but normal.

Sadly this morning the razer started to flicker again, same battery plug problem.

Any ideas and solutions would be helpful

Please check and perform the suggested steps from this article: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/393/. Also, please gather your Windows operating system's battery report by following the steps below:

• Hit Windows Button + X and select Command Prompt (Admin). This is the quickest way to open the Command Prompt as an administrator.

• Type in and enter: powercfg /batteryreport

Note: This command will create a battery report under C:\\WINDOWS\\system32\\battery-report.html or, in Windows versions older than Windows 10, under C:\\Users\\[Username]

UPDATE:

The user resolved the issue by changing the laptop's power adapter/power brick from a Razer Blade 15 Advance 2019 from Amazon. @Arkttic mentioned that all the frames are back to normal. It still gets a frame drop within games, but only about 5-10 on multiplayer, but nothing serious, and get another Razer branded power adapter should the issue persists.
