B77D3FB2-E411-448D-96E5-21625D195288.jpeg Every onece in a while I’ll be working on my blade and randomly the computer shuts off and the bsod (blue screen of death) appears. So I just wait until it’s finished gathering data. But then it won’t restart and it just freezes up in the screen. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it to shutdown or restart. But nothing works. And the power button for some reason won’t shut down the computer. Even when I’m using it I have to go to the start menu to shut it down. But it turns it on fine. So there is no way I can think of to shut it down. So I just let it sit on until the battery died. Then when it dies it shut off, I charged it for a bid and turned it on and everything worked normally again. It’s happened more than 5 times not and I don’t know of any way of fixing the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also, the stop code is usually different each time. Another one I remember getting was Thread exception not handled

When did this start happening? Also, Have you checked if everything is up to date? Like the BIOS and such?

I bought the laptop late last year. And about a month or two after purchasing it it started. But is wasn’t frequent so I was able to put up with it but it’s happened more frequently recently.
Yeah the BIOS and firmware and everything are all up to date.
