Blank Screen After Boot (Razer Blade 2017 GTX1060)

I need help.. My laptop suddenly won't boot today. I've tried booting via recovery mode, automatic repair, and Windows 10 bootable to repair. All the tried solutions caused either a blank screen/ a blank screen with 1 single horizontal line at the bottom of the screen or colorful distorted horizontal lines from the bottom to the center of the screen followed by a blank screen after. I can't even get to the advanced options where I can troubleshoot my laptop or access safe mode.

I don't think that my laptop screen is faulty since I can access the BIOS. My guess is my GPU card is damaged? I have no idea. Can someone help me?
