My computer is been getting into blue screen a lot of times. I even reset it to factory and still has the same issue. It says “your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’re just collecting some error info, and then we’ll restart for you” at this point razer seems to not been of any help because i dont have guarentee anymore and i just want help. I dont know if its an issue of razer or microsoft. Please help as i only have 3 years with this expensive computer which shouldn’t be bothering for now.

Hey there! This behavior is caused by possible hardware issues too. Please check and perform the suggested steps from this link.
