Bluetooth Headset won't connect to synapse

Hey, so my bf got me a kraken bt kitty edition, but it won't connect to synapse. It works, like there is sound coming from it and all, it just won't connect to synapse.
I've tried reistalling synapse and repairing it nothing helped. I also tried plugging it into the pc directly, even tho i was pretty sure it wouldn't do anything, and that was the case.
I've tried downloading synapse on another pc to try it out if it would connect there, but it didn't work as well. Idk what the problem could be... And yes i have synapse 3 installed.
I do use a bluetooth adapter tho, since my pc doesnt have bluetooth, but the other pc i've tried it on had bluetooth itself and as i said before it didnt work there either.
If someone could help i would be very happy.

I did even tho the Support didnt really help I figured it out myself! The problem for me at least Was that when I first connected the Headset I also connected a device called razer stereo... do not connect that to the PC only the actually Headset so Kranken Bluetooth Kitty or idk what its called specifically but yk what I mean... once that is disconnected you get an update for Synapse obv do that and you should be able to use the Headset normally... what I also did (idk if it rly helped with me Problem but I just did it anyways) is download the razer Audio app on my phone and connected my Headset there and checked for Updates... I had to do one but again idk if this is important to do I would do it just in case! I hope this helps you if not let me know maybe something else that the Support told me will help you!
Thank you but when I connect the headset it doesn´t connect the razer stereo so I also don´t have the update for synapse, I registered the headset on my account but it does not show up on the app only when I go to the chroma visualizer but it shows 3 different things (kraken bt kitty edition hands-free AG audio (this one shows up 2 times) / kraken bt kitty edition stereo) but none of them work, I also downloaded the audio and chroma rgb app on my phone but they didn´t work too. Yesterday I talked to someone in the support but they didn´t really help and just told me to ask for a refund or warranty.

That does Sound like your Headset is broken if it doesnt work at all... im sure youll get a new Headset tho if its really broken. But I actually think something might be broken since you said the App on the phone also doesnt work, as well as the fact you dont even have this "razer stereo" device showing up. I hope you will get a new Headset or you get the one you have fixed! Good luck!!
Thank you, but the headset is totally fine the only thing that it doesn´t do is like switch the colours, the light only works in white, I talked with someone from the support again and they said that the problem is from the apps and now I´m waiting for an email of a higher tier team (at least that´s what they told me), well anyway, thank you for your time :))
Hello, I don´t think that would solve the problem since I saw some people with the exact same problem doing that and it didn´t work out, you do you but I don´t think it´s gonna do anything. I´m going to talk with support again and if you want I´ll tell you if I got any news.

Hi again! My problem was solved, basically on the audio app my headset connected when I clicked on the kraken bt hello kitty and friends edition which is weird because my headset is the kraken bt kitty edition but ok... On the chroma app I just needed to disconnect the headset from my phone and then connected it again and restart the phone, but the synapse still does not work idk why but since I can control the rgb on my phone now it doesn´t really matter anymore. Thank you :))
