Bluetooth Orochi lagging on Windows 7

  1. Hi All,

I have an older Orochi. It usually works just fine on my Dell M3800 laptop with Windows 7. However, sometimes, often when the laptop is under load it seems, the mouse becomes very unresponsive and laggy when connected via bluetooth. USB connections work just fine, always.

I have the latest razer driver installed, and the laptop is quite powerful (i7, 8 cores, 16 GB RAM, SSD, etc). The latest dell bluetooth drivers are installed as well.

Can anyone suggest potential solutions? I suspect it's not a problem with the mouse per se, but probably something with Windows 7 as installed on my machine, perhaps bad driver interaction, etc, but just can't be sure.

    Thanks in advance!

    Windows 7 Enterprise x64
Driver 6.2.9200.16384 (as reported by device manager)
    Razer Synapse version 1.18

if you connect with Wireless it have 8 m.sec delay (125Hz)
    connect with wire can choose (125 , 500 , 1000Hz)
    use 1000Hz response more sensitive
    this is my setting :
