Boot loop and tpm lockout problem after win 11 upgrade

I have a razer blade 15" advanced 2018 model which I have recently upgraded to win 11. In doing so I am now facing a boot loop problem that occurs during a cold boot. The keyboard will light up and turn off 2 to three times, then make it to the razer logo twice before finally getting to the windows boot screen. This boot series will trigger the tpm settings to lock me out for a two hour period. If I turn the machine off and on again it works fine as well as with restarts.
