Hi, I also have the boot loop problem as perfectly shown in the clip from another thread:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZXRN9NihAPM

to support answers from older threads:
No extern monitor; latest Bios update; new install of windows, problem remains exactly the same.
No Hardware changes, no software changes (before new install of windows)
It does not boot "into BIOS" as in "How to fix BIOS boot loop issue on the Razer Blade" topic.
It is as shown in the clip. After that it all works fine.
Problem just happen if it is not connected to a charger.

It is a razer blade 15 adv. model 2019.

Can anyone who had the problem tell me if it is fixed after replacing the CMOS ML1220 battery?? Or what else it may is?

All the other threads ended by locking from support with no real solution. Please keep that open till it is fixed.(And no I will not kill my laptop or myself by replacing the "accumulator" and I am out of warrenty)

thanks

It seems like a hardware issue to me. Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please click this link or send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. I'll be locking this thread to divert our conversation privately.
