bought headset less than one year ago, already out of warranty??

    hey, i bought my razer kraken 7.1. headset less than a year ago, just today the volume button started coming loose and it broke, so i tried to sign my headset with its serial id for a replacement and the website said its already out of warranty. i have all the receipts from amazon and still it says on razer's website that its out of the warranty. what do i do?
