Bought new Razer BlackShark V2 X but activation code surround sound not working

I recently bought new Razer BlackShark V2 X but everytime i enter activation code it keep showing license code is invalid. Anyone have solution for this?

Was the code included in the box? I just got the same headset and don't have one.
