Brand new Blade Stealth 2019 stuck in customs?

    So I placed my order right after it went on sale and it shipped out the next day. I got a FedEx tracking number and and everything look good to go with a delivery date of yesterday, 12/7. Then it got stuck in customs and is still stuck, 2 days later. It says it is missing a a commercial invoice. Has his happed to anyone else before? I have contacted razer support but I don't feel satisfied with their answer. They just gave a stock response about 10 business days for ship time. Any help?

    Did you tell Razer support that it is missing a commercial invoice? I RMA'ed a set of hammerhead's before and they forgot to sent me the commercial invoice to send with the hammerheads, so they took care of it on their end and faxed it off to fedex and then it was passed though customs to go down to the U.S, although they also told me that I would have to print it off and then go to my local fedex location and give them it there, before they did it for me.

    If you just told them it is stuck at customs, products can get stuck at customs like that around this time of year (or any time of year for that matter), customs normally takes a while anyways.
