Brand new Mamba wireless not charging

Hi team,
I got my first ever Razer product recently, the mamba wireless mouse and enjoying it via the cable.
I noticed a big issue where the battery never seem to charge, even if I turn 'off' the wireless and leave the cable many hours to charge, it's still on 0% and it I disconnect the cable it will blink red and stop.
I don't understand how come brand new wireless mouse doesn't charge and can't be used wirelessly.

I checked:
- latest firmware, nothing to update.
- charged with cable many house while wireless is OFF (or ON, no change in both).
- other devices from other vendors are able to charge.

Any tips?
