BSOD whit Synapse Ver. 3.7.731.72516

Since I updated to this latest version, Synapse (Ver. 3.7.731.72516) gives me blue screens when using Tartarus Pro and Tartarus V2.

I have tried to reinstall cleaning the PC of all traces of Synapse 3, so I installed a previous version of Synapse 3, one that worked fine, but now Synapse 3 does not recognize any of my devices when connected. I followed the Repair Synapse tutorial but it doesn't work.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks

Sorry to hear about what happened to your computer after the Razer Synapse update. Does the BSOD happen now randomly while using your PC? I recommend submitting a case to our Support Team through this link. If it's feasible, please send the following so our team can help you initiate an investigation:

a. A photo showing the bluescreen error.
b. Synapse 3.0 logs
c. MSinfo logs
d. Windows event logs.

Save the files via any online drive account, then paste the shareable link in your submitted case number or PM so I can help you cascade it to our team. I'll be locking this thread now.
Once I update Synapse to the latest version, when I connect the device to my PC, it is at this point that the BSOD occurs. (I connect the device directly to the CPU without using HUBS)

Does the issue also happen when the Razer Synapse is uninstalled? If you haven't tried, please install the Razer Driver Cleanup tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj, restart your computer and check if the issue persists with or without the Razer Synapse 3.0 installed.
Thanks for replying, I have used Driver Cleanup tool to clean my PC, but when I do a clean install, the problem still occurs.

Sorry to hear that the issue is still present even after uninstalling all your computer Razer-related files. Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't, please send me a PM including your Synapse 3.0 logs, Windows event logs, and Windows memory dump file. Save the file via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. Let's continue our conversation privately.
