Hello, new here. So I got my first Razor brand laptop about 2 months ago. It’s a amazing laptop, but it will crash every few hours or so. Sometimes it will crash sooner. It does it at random. Sometimes it will crash when I’m not even doing anything on it. Everything else works fine. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? Do anyone else have this problem? I’m hoping that it’s not a motherboard problem.. because I already spent quite a bit on it.. And I really can’t afford a new motherboard lol.. I got it new from eBay, and I can’t return it.. I hope I’m not screwed lol.. If anyone knows a fix please let me know. I’m about to cry with this lol.

I will try to help you fix the crashes. That said, you may have to send it in for repair if the issue is hardware-related. PM me the serial number of your laptop, along with your Synapse, System, and application logs. Let's go from there.
