Buzzing Problem with my Nari Ultimate

  1. So basicly i woke up one day and turned on my headset and instead of working as normal it was having this issue :

    I have reinstalled the synapse, deleted the drivers, mess around in the eq but nothing works. The only way to stop this sound is by uninstalling the razer synapse 3. Only then i can use my heaphones as i used to BUT i can't use macros, lighting etc from the rest of my razer gear (keyboard, mouse etc) .

    That's some loud buzzing. Do you currently have any sound enhancements enabled in Synapse or in Windows? Please send me a PM with the serial number of your Nari Ultimate along with your Synapse 3 logs. I'll take it from there.
  3. Same issue.... The crackling is sooo bad... I see people complaining all over the internet but nothing seems to be done about it. I have been emailing back and forth with razer for WEEKS and they just keep saying they will look into it.... I even called them out because I got so frustrated with being ignored and they just stopped replying. Almost seems like they have no intention of fixing this issue so whoever bought one is essentially screwed Really really sad considering it was such a unique headset
  4. NO NO. This is not true. Razer.Caziel actually found the solution for me and it is all good now and i can use the headset once again. It took him like less than 24hours. Msg him personally and he will help you. The solution is pretty simple but probably it isn't the same for eveyone.

  7. Hey ElectroMite, Here are some instructions I found success with. They are straight from a Razer support employee. I wanted to post them here and not in a PM so others could see it as well. Follow the steps exactly, worked for me! LMK if it works for you!

    1. Uninstall "Razer Synapse" and "Razer Chroma SDK Core Components" from your computer under Programs and Features.

    2. Delete the Razer folders in these file locations: C:\Program Files(x86)\ and C:\Program Data\. The folder is set to hidden so you might need to change the folder option to view hidden files.

    3. Reboot your PC/computer after completing all the steps.

    4. Delete HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->THX in Windows registry

    5. Re-install Synapse 3.

    Problem came back after synapse 3 was installed and restarted computer

    Ok so I've uninstalled Synapse 3, and it seems to have stopped. I'm not sure what part of the software is causing this problem, and it's very unfortunate. I'll try to find out what's going on. I'm able to play audio through my computer monitor without any crackling sounds.

    So I've donwloaded ONLY 'Synapse' and still have the problem.

    As far as I can tell, the crackling issue has something to do with the THX configuration/files that get installed along with the Nari Ultimate drivers. Do send me a PM so we can further isolate if not fix the issue.

    I'm new to this site, but I'm having major problems with my Razer Nari Ultimate headphones. I already own the headphones for almost two months now.
