Can’t connect my abyssus v2 anymore

For some reason raser abysses stop recognizing my raser abyssus v2. When I open the software (with a different mouse ofc) 3 options appear: register your razer product warranty, visit Razer store and lastly view compatible devices. When I click on view compatible devices it takes me to the razer synapse 2 download page. Therefore I can’t connect my mouse anymore because it only takes me to the razer synapse 2 main page. Please help me!!

The Razer Abyssus V2 is part of our older models that is compatible with the Razer Synapse 2.0. Does the mouse operate even there's no Razer Synapse app in the background? Have you tried connecting the mouse to a different USB or computer? Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
